Pastor LeRoy J. Phoenix, Pastor/Teacher

Pastor LeRoy J. Phoenix, Sr., is the second son of Porcha Bright and Royal Phoenix, Sr., and the devoted husband of First Lady Cindy R. Phoenix.

He is the father of Regina, LeRoy Jr., and Courtney Phoenix, and the grandfather of Kimora Emfinger.  He’s the brother of Pastor Darryl (New Home Family Worship Center Hammond), Corey and Royal Phoenix, Jr., He’s also a native of Algeirs, La, and is well known all across the metro area.

Pastor Phoenix, is building on the foundation that was set by his Pastor, Prophet Robert C. Blakes Sr., at New Home Family Worship Center of Algiers.  He has been anointed by God to preach to the multitudes of every walk of life.  On any given Sunday or Tuesday, he ministers the Word of God to a multitude of believers as well as non believers with the expectancy of enlightening and encouraging the believers and turning non believers into believers.

Pastor Phoenix, is also the founder of Victorious Living media ministry, an outreach of New Home Family Worship Center of Algiers, where he can be heard ministering the word of God weekly here on KKNO and radio stations across this country.

Pastor Phoenix, is also involved in community building.  He’s a former police officer that has worked in the development, protecting and enhancement of the city of New Orleans and the Parish of Jefferson. And now he is using the experience that God has given him to develop, protect and enhance the New Home City that God is building in the Point of Algiers.

Pastor Phoenix, is a humble servant who serves God as well as the People of God and can always be heard Preaching and Teaching, “The Victory was designed with you in mind”.

Pastor Phoenix, preach and teaches God’s word that the people of God would not be just hearers but that they will become doers.  (James 1:22)
